Our apartments

Our apartments offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay. They are spacious and cozy and offer you a lot of comfort. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. We also offer you many amenities, such as free WLAN, satellite TV and covered parking spaces.

Matilde

Apartment Matilde is located on the second floor and is cozy and well equipped. It has a separate sleeping area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a spacious bathroom.

Marlene

The Marlene apartment on the second floor is just as well equipped and cozy. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom, a living room with dining table, sofa bed and kitchenette.

Information & house rules

  • The price is for two people for a minimum stay of 4 days. For each additional person € 15,00 per night will be charged.
  • Shorter stays are also possible subject to availability, in which case an additional flat rate of € 50.00 will be charged.
  • Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. Baby crib and baby chair are available free of charge on request.
  • The final cleaning is included, as well as all expenses and fees with the exception of the local tax. The local tax is € 1.25 per night and person aged 14 and over.
  • Payment for accommodation can be made by debit or credit card, cash or bank transfer.
  • Check-in from 15:00
  • Check-out within 09:30
  • We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

We would be happy to show you around our farm and explain the agricultural processes and special features.

As our guests, you receive the Bolzano Card free of charge, with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts.

Bread roll service

We offer you a convenient bread roll service so that you can have fresh bread delivered directly to your door every morning.

Pick-up service

We will be happy to pick you up from the train station in Laives/Leifers or Bolzano/Bozen on your arrival and bring you back there on your departure.

Home garden

In our herb garden you can enjoy the aromatic scents and use fresh herbs for your meals if required. You can also get vegetables from our garden.
